We are a small engineering practice working across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, software and security. The people who assess your environment are the people who build in it.
That shapes what we take on. We do not sell strategy detached from delivery, and we do not staff engagements with a different team than the one that scoped them. If we cannot build it, we say so rather than writing a document about it.
The measure we care about is whether your team is better off after we leave: fewer manual steps, fewer surprises in the bill, fewer systems only one person understands.

Six things we do not compromise on.
- Delivery over deliverables Working infrastructure, pipelines and code. Documents where they earn their place, not as the product.
- Everything as code If it was clicked into a console it will drift. Environments are reproducible or they are not finished.
- Least privilege by default Access is scoped when it is built. Retrofitting it after an audit costs more and works less well.
- Cost is an engineering concern Architecture decisions get priced. A design that cannot be afforded is not a good design.
- Operable on day one Logging, alerting and runbooks ship with the system, not in a phase that never gets funded.
- Hand-over is the goal Your team should be able to run it without us. We build toward that from the first week.
