Why Aydensoft

Practical engineering, not slideware.

We are the company you hire to build, modernize, secure and operate a platform — and to still be answering the phone once it is in production.

Every engagement starts with what you already have, not with a reference architecture. Most of the value in cloud work comes from a small number of decisions made correctly and then automated, so they hold long after we leave.

  • Delivery over deliverables Working infrastructure, pipelines and code — documents only where they earn their place.
  • Everything as code If it was clicked into a console it will drift. Environments are reproducible or they are not done.
  • Least privilege by default Access is scoped when it is built, not retrofitted after an audit finds it.
  • Cost is an engineering concern Architecture decisions are priced. A design that cannot be afforded is not a good design.
  • Operable on day one Logging, alerting and runbooks ship with the system, not in a later phase.
  • Hand-over is the goal Your team should be able to run it without us. We build toward that from the start.
Featured — cloud cost optimization

The cheapest capacity is the kind you stopped paying for.

Cost work is concrete and measurable, which makes it the easiest place to start. It is also where the real architecture problems surface: unstable workloads, chatty egress and instances sized for a load test that ran two years ago.

  • NAT Gateway traffic analysis and private service endpoints
  • ECS/Fargate and instance right-sizing from real utilization
  • Storage lifecycle policies and idle resource identification
  • Monthly cost governance and reporting your finance team can follow
cost-review / findings
NAT data processing −88%
Fargate task sizing −46%
Idle RDS instances −100%
S3 lifecycle policy −31%
Unattached EBS volumes −100%

Representative findings from cloud cost assessments. Actual results depend on the estate.

Outcomes, stated plainly.

Anonymized where client approval is not in place. Every one of these was measured before and after.

−88%NAT spend

Egress cost cut by fixing what was actually talking

Traffic analysis found workloads reaching AWS services through the NAT Gateway and a container restarting in a loop. Private service endpoints plus a stability fix removed the traffic rather than discounting it.

−46%compute

Container workloads right-sized against real utilization

Task definitions were sized from a launch-day guess. Utilization data over a full cycle produced new CPU and memory reservations, with autoscaling policies to absorb the peaks that remained.

4environments

Multi-environment infrastructure delivered as code

Development through production defined in Terraform with shared modules and a single promotion path, replacing environments that had drifted apart over years of console changes.

SSOidentity

Secure single sign-on across enterprise applications

Identity federation and least-privilege role mapping replaced per-application accounts, giving one place to grant access and one place to revoke it.

CI/CDdelivery

Pipelines and observability for containerized applications

Build, test and deploy automated end to end, with logging, metrics and alerting shipped alongside so failures are found by monitoring rather than by customers.

Engagement models

Start where it makes sense.

Four ways to work with us. Most clients start with an assessment and continue from there.

ModelUse it for
AssessmentAn architecture, security, cost or modernization review with a written recommendation you could hand to another engineer.
Project deliveryA defined implementation or migration, scoped and delivered to an agreed outcome.
Fractional cloud / DevOpsOngoing engineering leadership and support for teams without a dedicated platform function.
Managed improvementRecurring optimization, reliability and platform work on a standing engagement.
