What we collect
This site is a static marketing site. We collect information in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, company, topic and message you provide, together with the originating IP address recorded with the request.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share submitted information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and to carry on any correspondence that follows from it. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the correspondence is retained as part of the ordinary business record for that engagement.
How it is processed
Form submissions are delivered by email through Amazon Web Services (Amazon Simple Email Service) to an Aydensoft mailbox. The site itself is hosted on AWS. Message content is transmitted over TLS and is not stored in a database on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for as long as they remain relevant to a possible future conversation, and are deleted on request. Records relating to an engagement are retained for the period required for contractual, tax and legal purposes.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts. Standard server and CDN request logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@aydensoft.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Client data
Information we access while delivering engagements — including anything within a client's cloud accounts or systems — is governed by the agreement covering that engagement, not by this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new revision date.
